AERPANEL, EUROPE'S LEADING MANUFACTURER OF HIGH-QUALITY AND 100% RECYCLABLE LIGHTWEIGHT XPS PANELS

AERPANEL is a French manufacturer that has applied the principles of the circular economy since 1992. Its vision is to champion industry in France and Europe.

Our lightweight panels are manufactured entirely in our European factories in Germany, France and the UK, using industrial processes developed in-house.

We team up with our main customers to recycle volumes of materials equivalent to the volumes produced on our sites.

Our history

AERPANEL SAS was founded in 2021, but began operations in 1995.

Pierre Casoli, a chemical engineer, founded EMBALL’ISO in 1990, specialising in the design and production of isothermal packaging for the medical and pharmaceutical sectors.

2 years later, he created the AIRPLAC® division, which produces foam board for the graphic arts market. The AIRPLAC® brand was patented in 1995.

Subsidiaries were set up in Germany and the UK. The various plants cover the XPS extrusion, lamination, hotmelt coating and plastics recycling business lines.

AIRPLAC® and AERFLY® products are sold throughout Europe.

Until 2020, the AIRPLAC® brand existed under the name EMBALL’ISO.

In 2021, the AIRPLAC® business was spun off, giving birth to the 30-year-old start-up AERPANEL!
