This silhouette was made using AERFLY®, a highly rigid foam material, and a Proxxon hot wire table. Cutting is fast and precise. The table remains stable and the material is guided by hand to produce the shape.

AERFLY® can then be glued, here with a glue gun, and painted with a marker.
